I always make a reservation ahead of time and suggest doing this as at times the lot is full. The staff is courteous and helpful. the shuttles are almost always immediately available to take you directly to the terminal. when you return to the lot your car is warmed up and ready for you to be on your way quickly. this is especially good in the winter. And, as a bonus, they have a nice clean bathroom for customer use. Try to get a deal on Groupon which they run now and again and it takes off a few $ from your stay.

update: I have been parking at SmartPark JFK and LGA for a while now. They are the best! The staff there is always courteous.

The drivers are especially nice- they are always very friendly and helpful. My most recent driver, Khan was no exception. He was so friendly and struck up enjoyable conversation in the shuttle. Khan never groused when he had to lift my 3 bags into or out of the vehicle- and 2 were quite heavy.

My car was, as always, ready and warmed up when I got to the lot which is a nice bonus.

Recommend SmartPark without hesitation.

Used SmartPark LGA for the first time on my most recent business trip. 5 Stars, the employees were friendly and helpful with both dropping off and picking up my vehicle. The shuttle drive was quick and simple, dropping me off right at my terminal. Shuttle pick up was also quick and easy with me waiting less than 10 minutes to bring me back at my vehicle. Also my vehicle was waiting for me front and center when I arrived to pay for the service and go home. Great service and great employees! Highly recommended!

I had a fantastic experience with SmartPark during a recent trip out of LGA. When I arrived to drop off my car, I was able to check in quickly and get on the shuttle almost immediately. When I returned from my trip, I contacted SmartPark as instructed to let them know we were ready to be picked up, and before they received my call, they had already sent a shuttle to LGA to get us. We waited only a few minutes for the shuttle to arrive. Once we got back to SmartPark, my car was out front and ready to go. The staff prioritized folks just arriving from the airport, so check out was quick, and I was on my way home in a matter of minutes. They had terrific customer service -- I was quite impressed with the entire experience. Thank you SmartPark!

Very courteous and efficient staff. If you're looking for a place to leave your car and get good fast shuttle service to and from LaGuardia Airport, think SmartPark. The shuttle is clean and comfortable. We were whisked to the airport shortly after arriving at SmartPark. They had the necessary on-line records when I reserved the space so there was no delay in getting to the airport. Upon our return, they were there waiting (which might have been a coincidence), and our car was ready for us at the office. Just needed to go in to sign the pre-arranged charge on our credit card. A very smooth operation.

Always professional service. Fast drop off and usually quic pick up. I have used them many times at JFK and happy they now have a LGA location. Can’t beat them for the price and quality. Plus you can accumulate frequent customer awards.

I made a reservation online and confirmed the reservation through email. Quick response time and great communication. I arrived on 4/22/17 at 3am and the staff on site was very friendly. We did a walk around to inspect the vehicle before leaving it and loaded my luggage into the shuttle. A quick 15 min ride to the airport and I was off. When I returned from my vacation, I called them for a pick up. They were at the terminal in 20 mins in a shuttle that was easy to identify. My car was waiting for me at their site. No damage and everything was right where I left it. A+ customer service, I will also give them my business again. (I left my bookbag in one of their shuttles. All of my personal information was in it. They retrieved it and brought it to the office for me. Thank you!)

Used the service at LGA, NY. The front desk and the driver were very nice. I was the first one arrived on the shuttle bus at 5am and I was worried that the guy is gonna wait forever for the seat to be filled and I would be late for my flight. But, it left in 5 mins. Same with the return shuttle. I called and someone pick me up in couple of mins. There were only two passenger in shuttle bus. I was told by the driver that my car has been pulled to the front while I was on the return shuttle. A BIG PLUS. The service is definitely beyond my expectation! Keep up the good work and competitive price then I'll use it again for sure. I accidentally booked from 3rd party and I found out I was charged $5 extra for service fee. DO NOT book from 3 party.
