La peor experiencia la he tenido con esta empresa. Me cobraron 3 veces la reservación y no generaron el código para el acceso al estacionamiento. Aún estoy esperando el reverso de la transacción. Y para poder publicar mi opinión, tuve que darles una estrella, pero no se merecen absolutamente nada. Mi sugerencia es que busquen alternativas antes de usar sus servicios. Un completo fraude.

SpotHero os terrible. The spothero service didn't work for me. The garage I paid for parking on the SpotHero app denied me access. Support is terrible. They didn't refund me my money. I had to pay double once one the spot hero app and once at the parking garage since I was denied entry into the parking lot.

I reserved and pre-paid for a parking spot with SpotHero for June 29. When I arrived at the designated location, there were no parking spots available for me in either the ramp or the overflow lot. Because I had somewhere to be, I just found a spot on the street and continued on with the night. I submitted a refund request the next day for the $15+ I pre-paid for the spot. After over a week, I had not heard back from SpotHero so called to request the refund. It took about 20 minutes, but eventually I got my refund. However, the rep a) first tried giving me a credit on my SpotHero account and b) told me next time I should call immediately to resolve the situation. I was frustrated that they didn't just own up to the issue and give me my money back right away. I do not plan to use this system ever again, as it is not reliable. The next week, a friend suggested getting parking through SpotHero for something else, and I told her it wasn't a good idea based on my previous experience. We were able to easily get a parking spot for $20 in a ramp within walking distance from where we were going. Do NOT recommend using SpotHero.

Had a great experience parking there in June. I paid upfront through the app as it was requested to use by my Airbnb. I paid the parking (40 dollars) and 2 months later I received a bill in the mail for 60 dollars from spot hero. It was a notice of failure to pay parking fares so I went and looked to see if I was charged 2 months ago and I was… Really disappointed that I was charged an extra 60 dollars on top of the 40 dollars I paid upfront. The only way to get in contact with them by email and I decided the easiest way was to just pay the 60 dollars and not try to fight it. Don’t use this company because you think you are all set until you get charged even more 2 months later. Definitely will not be using this again.

Booked the parking spot 2 in Atlanta through this company…my car was hit!! While I was away. Came back to damages…the parking spot said we should have know better…their website says they are not liable. In reality, their website says just the opposite…promising “peace of mind” “secure fencing” and “worry-free” travel. The spot hero booked us there and should have known what this company does. I’m sure we are not the first to experience this.

If I could give zero stars I would. I paid for a spot hero and my car was towed. Even the tow company said it was a glitch in their system and that its a common occurrence. Now I’m out the $11 the spot cost me and $240 to get my car out. They offered to give me a $50 credit. What a joke. Just pay for a normal parking lot. This company is a scam.

FIRST & LAST TIME USING SPOTHERO!
Paid for a parking spot on 6/27. I reserved & paid for more time than I needed since I was in Chicago for continued education. My vehicle was wrongfully towed & had to pay almost $250 plus almost a $20 Uber fee to get my vehicle back! I've sent all receipts & documents needed to review. I've resent them twice since because SpotHero denies receiving them! They want you to reply back to the email they send you. You call & you have extremely long wait time! I've yet to get my case fully resolved & Lincoln Towing is making a mint snatching vehicles reserved in SpotHero spots!

The only reason they are being scored as high as 2, is due to the representative Pam for making the situation right. Otherwise ZERO stars. I requested a refund due to an incorrect charge. I live in Colorado, billed for parking in Chicago. I spoke with a supervisor named Jessica. Jessica would not provide a refund, told me to "take it up with my bank" I explained that this was just a simple era that could easily be corrected on SpotHeros end. She admittedly refused to issue a refund. I expressed in great detail of frustration with being refused a refund. I asked 12 times for a refund. Jessica stood her ground , then ended the call.
I immediately called again, spoke with Pam. She was understanding to the situation and authorized the request.
