We had 2 cars went in today. Searching for empty spots for around 20mins, eventually no spot at all and a lot other cars stuck in the parking lots. How come they let cars in when it’s full packing already?! We were charged $10 each for doing nothing. This is robbery. We will dispute it via the bank.

Be VERY Careful..This parking garage is a scammer. see photos signs & web site clearly says (within 3hr suppose be $8 Tangram parking AKA LAZ Parking) but end up charges $26 on your credit card. ? so frustrated.

I don't understand why people get stuck on the exit machine every day, but no one changes to a better machine! Why your smart system always broken and there is always no staff to help?Two days in a row the parking lot is clogged and nobody cares! Why let people in when it's full? Why I need to pay for only searching for parking?

There is no spot in here after 9mins of searching, and this is what they charged for searching parking. Literally robbery. If no parking Space available, just don't let cars in. Money is not earned this way dude. the parking manage dude can not do anything, except saying " no pay no out" using his broken English. I end up decide not paying and backing up to find parking lot again. Found one after 38mins of searching

If I could give less than 1 star I would!

What a dreadful experience.

Firstly. Booked online! As per the address on the spot.

Entered. Could not get out!
No phone connected to the help buttons.

Called number from my prereserved email.
They directed to a number. Which was not answered!
Called again. Given another number!

Went to the information desk upstairs. (He was polite!
The only one who was and he's not associated with the parking)
Suggested to go to level 3 and find the valet

Found him. He kept trying to tell me what to do next time.
By this time its been an hour and I wasn't spending more money to get out!

Was advised by this man we came through the wrong entrance! This is the entrance on the google maps!

He then made our exit ticket linked!

Apparently they are 2 different garages. But if so different. Then how come he was able to link it so easily!

This whole system is a joke! All set up to make people pay even more!

It wouldn't happen in Australia!

My sister drove me here to park the car months ago and there was plenty of parking because early in the morning. Also, people need to get a ticket and pay at the machines for parking.

太离谱了，出口太有问题了，要么机器坏了要么车塞住了，只要进去了出去都是问题

This parking lot has ample room for parking and weekday pricing is excellent. Don’t worry if you lose your ticket, the lot records your car information so you can pay at the automated machine during exit with no issues.
