This is the worst place I’ve ever been the numbers and letters are all messed up. I spent an hour looking for my car paid and by the time I found my car I had to pay another $10 so I had to pay $20 to park down here this is the worst place I’ve ever been. I’m never coming back. I want my money back. These people are scumbags and this sleigh should be closed down they’re nothing but thieves.

This place is old, nasty, difficult to navigate, cramped, and expensive. With that being said, once you come here enough you get used to it. It's a staple parking garage if you need to visit any of the government buildings.

It's a parking garage. Pro-tip: park here during Penguins games because it's only $13 and an 8 minute walk to the rink. It's great because you'll avoid the traffic cluster for parking closer to the rink. You might want to check the height clearance if you have a truck because it seemed low if my memory serves correctly.

My usual parking garage for work; they double and triple park cars so sometimes it's hard to get in and out of spots. Leaky drainage pipes left a hard-water spot on my windshield that I still cannot get out; may have to buff it with ultra-fine sandpaper.

Convenient. Got a lease when worked in town. Yes you may have to leave your key with the attendant but it's only if they are getting full so they can double park cars. The guys who work there are nice and there's always a guard.

I truly did not enjoy being yelled at by the parking attendant who was aggravated about a disabled vehicle. Perhaps he should have thought to put up a barricade so that customers couldn't access level 3 of the garage, instead of screaming that he can't get anything done because of (expletive) cars that don't know not to go to that level. Another attendant tried to give me keys to a Nissan instead of my Kia.

One of the best kept secrets for parking downtown. Located near Steel Plaza T station and cheap evening and weekend rate. No frills but can’t beat the price.
