The Parking Spot purchased US Airport parking and has destroyed it. US Airport Parking had great employees that treated customers great. Now that the Parking Spot has taken over customer service is horrible, prices have increased drastically, and they do not care about the loyal customers that were faithful to US Airport parking. Do not waste your money with this company as there are others that are way better. Moved to Park 2 Jet and have lowered prices back to the original US Airport Parking discount rates with great customer service!

Our vehicle was safe and sound while we were away, but many parking services can accomplish that. What impressed us was the patience and helpfulness of the shuttle driver. We were headed out for our 2 week honeymoon with 6 bags, and were also giving my mobility-limited friend a ride from our ceremony site to the airport. So you can imagine that we took some time to load up with our bags, her scooter, and 2 people assisting her up the steps. The driver was patient and helpful, and upon arrival to the airport made sure that my friend and her scooter got off first so that she wouldn't be waiting uncomfortably. We really appreciated his kindness.

'Vic' was amazing and informative! Took me to my first flight out. I only waited 5 minutes after parking! My return was at 1:45am. 'Big' was very calm and cool. 15-minute drive one way from this location to the airport! They have cool cubbies to put your items!

We were able to find the location easily coming from Nebraska. Drivers were fantastic, having fun with people. Beautiful touch giving each of us a bottle of water upon exit! Much needed!! Will stay here again without a doubt.

The parking facility is conveniently located near my home and the airport, with easy check-in and checkout. I appreciate the fact that the drivers pick up and drop off customers directly to their cars, and that the facility is secure with monitored rides. The drivers have always been helpful and engaging, and I like that the shuttle frequency is usually less than 30 minutes. The cost is very reasonable and they offer several type discounts & free days with repeated use. I have been a loyal customer of The Parking Spot for over 10 years and have referred several customers.

I have been parking at US Airport Parking for years. My only complaint before was it was a little slow on the return going up and down in search of cars. However on the outbound side never ever issues — shuttle was there, reasonably quick, stress free.

And they were purchased by The Parking Spot. Unfortunately the service is significantly worse to the point that I doubt I will use them again. I have parked with them twice since the change. Few shuttles, complete disorganization — even on the outbound side. Add on top of that the very hefty increase in price.

Last Saturday morning, we arrived and there was complete darkness, no shuttle, no attendant, no idea where to really park. A number of us all kinda parked in the same spot and stood hoping that a shuttle would fjnd us. One did but there were too many people to fit.

Last night returning we showed up and there were 20-30 people waiting on the west side. The driver could not seem to find many cars so we were driving around using our keys to unlock and we would spot our car and just wanted off the shuttle.

Definitely going to try somewhere else next time…
