Used to be a great service but has progressively gotten worse over the last few years, shuttles take 2-3x as long and there have been times I waited over 25 mins after parking to even see a shuttle, then another 20+ to leave the lot bc dozens of people are waiting.

I’ve never seen such a slow, leisurely operation like this, no urgency whatsoever.

What’s supposed to be an airport shuttle service who I assume is in business to help get patrons to the airport in a decent timeframe without stress, is failing. Get new management asap.

My car has never been broken into. The shuttles come fairly quickly. The drivers are nice and helpful. I always give them a gratuity.

Their entry and exit gates will sometimes not work properly The scanners take too long to work.

Otherwise, it serves its purpose.

I parked at The Parking Spot 2 in Atlanta for 5 days in Sept 2024 and can no longer highly recommend this parking service. I have been a customer since 2012 and I have submitted 4-5 star reviews in the past, but this last time was very disappointing. I made a reservation for arrival at 5a, and had to wait 15 minutes for the shuttle. There was another traveler who had arrived before me and had been waiting longer for the shuttle so they ended up walking up to the office to get someone’s attention to send a shuttle — so if they hadn’t walked to the office, I suspect we would have been waiting even longer. This was surprising to me because they would have known well in advance that there would be a customer at this early hour because of the reservation I had made a week or so beforehand.
Then when I returned to my car, the wheels and door frames were covered in fire ants!!! I spent 30 minutes wiping down the doors to try to get rid of as many as I could before driving home. When I explained to the cashier that my car was covered in fire ants and I showed them the ziplock bag with all the wipes I had used so they could see them all still crawling around… the response I got was “we haven’t seen that this week” and didn’t appear overly concerned that I had this problem. When I asked if they would offer any discount, they reluctantly offered a 10% discount—seriously only 10%?! when I was holding a bag of ants that I just wiped off my car!! But I took the 10% discount and drove away so that I could just get out of there and have my car treated for the ants. I am writing this review more than 24 hours after leaving the parking lot and I am still finding ants!
As mentioned, I have been a long time customer of The Parking Spot and submitted positive reviews in the past, but this time I can’t simply because the excessive delay in waiting for the shuttle at my departure and then coming back to fire ants all over my car and not having the manager be any more understanding or accommodating.

Right off I 285, so you may be able to avoid some traffic if you are coming from east or west of the airport. Drivers are super nice and handle the luggage. Pickup after the return flight is quick and easy.

Friendly, smiling faces by all employees. They appear to be very happy employees, and they are helpful, friendly, patient and just pleasant to be servicing my transport needs. I appreciate the atmosphere and the safety that the drivers take to get me back and forth to the Atlanta Airport safely.
