I've been a frequent user of Parking Spot locations in DFW for years, but the Premium location in Dallas is utterly disappointing and there is nothing Premium about this location, except the cost.

Firstly, upon arrival, it took over ten minutes for them to pick me up. Secondly, the shuttle made unnecessary stops at terminals A, B, C, and D before reaching terminal E, making the journey longer than necessary.

Thirdly, upon my return, despite showing a photo of my parking location (a common practice), the bus driver argued and insisted I was on the wrong bus, displaying rudeness and unprofessional behavior. Despite clear signage indicating Premium and North, the driver refused to acknowledge it and made me get off the bus.

For anyone considering Parking Spot, avoid this location at all costs. Instead, opt for the South location, which offers a far superior experience.

This was the first time I use the Parking Spot but it won’t be the last. A driver came and met us at my car, offered to help with bags, educated us on how the pick up and drop off worked. I arrived back in Dallas and was picked up almost immediately. Loved how Premium is dropped off first. Great experience.

Clean, secure facility with easy check-in and check-out. Typically better pricing than parking on airport and very convenient with good perks. Also, the staff is quick to make improvements when given feedback with ways to make the customer experience even better

Delta customers or terminal E fliers: be warned. It seems the standard route is to drop off all other departing terminals before you. Upon arrival, you are picked up first which makes every ride far longer. I’ve waited half an hour to be picked up each time here. From baggage claim to your car, expect an hour.

I find the parking spot to be a safe and secure place to park my vehicle. Their app makes it very easy to check-in and check out. It also makes it very easy for you to alert them that you are in the terminal waiting for pickup. The app shows where the nearest pick-up bus is on a map.

A great place to park your car with wild abandonment for a prolonged period of time, while ensuring the great people there will look after your vehicle. Great shuttles and very safe drivers. Prices are well worth it compared to ride share prices.
