Truck Parking Club is great I had a great experience parking my truck for the weekend for a good price, also questions I had when I needed directions I had the help of the rep that answers everytime you call Tamika she did an excellent job assisting me. Go ahead and book your parking for the night, the week, or even the month cause I will continue to use this app…

Avoid if possible! As much as I hate paying for parking, figured I'd throw on 75 gallons and get free parking and a free shower. We'll it's not that easy. Fueled my truck, went to get my receipt and free parking pass. Attendant spoke no English. Made me sign up for an Ambest card (which took 20 minutes and had to sign up to get the free shower) then made me sign up for another truck parking club app. To get your free parking you have to download another app, give them all of your info including your credit card information, call an 800 number and spoke to Roy (which took another 20 minutes) to get your discount code to put in the app to "purchase" your free parking spot. After a little over an hour on the phone and trying to communicate with the non English speaking attendant, I finally got my parking spot. All I wanted to do was fuel and go to bed. I take my break and go inside to get my free shower. Absolutely no water pressure...terrible shower. Tried to communicate with the attendant using my translator app and she just shrugged her shoulders and threw up her hands.( Campers have better water pressure). All in all it was a terrible experience here. Only positives were a well lit parking lot and food at Huddle House was good. I would not advise stopping here unless you need a quick restroom break. ?

This is falsely advertised as an app to help truck drivers with parking by "monetizing vacant lots" to provide additional parking spaces for semi-trucks. I was really impressed with the idea and downloaded the app a while ago. Turns out this is NOT the case!! The Pilot in Avoca, Iowa now has an ENTIRE row of truck/trailer parking with TPC's new signs behind each spot emblazoned with TRUCK PARKING CLUB ALL OTHERS WILL BE TOWED This app is sold as the "answer to drivers needed parking in America"- to help drivers find spots not normally known about! We are here at the Avoca Pilot looking at a full truck stop, but there's an ENTIRE (empty)row reserved by TPC's signs. Firstly, truck stops are NOT unknown areas to drivers, they are already parking areas and mostly free. There are no Pilot reserves available here anymore either. So one must download another app to stay here After discussing this with the staff inside, here's the ringer. If ANYONE parks in these spots, they have a tow truck driver conveniently located at the shop on the lot that will immediately tow off the driver. The truck then goes to their shop and the driver charged to get it back. There was not ONE driver parked in these spaces. Tell me, Truck Parking Club, do you feel taking spots already located at a truck stop and charging drivers for them is locating 'new' places to park your rig? If they were Pilot's reserved-at least if they were not all taken, or during the day they could be used as a spot to use the restroom, etc. With the overusage of signage threatening towing and the sheer amount of spaces smacks of yet another way to make money off truck drivers. Why? Because you have an hourly charge too, so by all means if that driver needs a 30min ( even if 25 of your spaces are open) make sure you get that money. As you have a tow truck on stand by. I'm sure this idea was a great one, but surly you overstepped the entire premise of helping drivers by taking places already established at truck stops.

After my first experience of using this company not being what I was looking for... I understand more now of how it works and how useful it can be in the future. I received a call from them be of my honest review and was explained in a same level conversation how it works and the advantages of using the service in the future. It was such a an unexpected but very satisfying call that I appreciate them way more now because they're not a company running solely behind a computer with no contact. So putting it in a comparison... We aren't just a number. If you want a more personal feeling from using their services, it's at your fingertips and welcomed by them. Anyways... I'll give them a try again should I run into one of their places they manage. If you're needing any assistance setting up the app then give them a call. I'm tech based but I always appreciate the simplicity of just walking in and paying. Once you're set up on the app then it's simple to use as well.
Thank you.

Really nice lady helped me get signed up and reserved into lot in Green River - thanks for the help! Needed a place to stay overnight next to mechanics shop at Sinclair and this was super convenient. This was $15 for 24 hours, compared to $45 for State Park!

Now where was this place 3 years ago? Maybe I'm just late to the party. I just got off the phone with Robby, he was so easy to talk to and very welcoming. I feel that this made our difficult and dangerous job a lot easier. I never mind paying for satisfactory service. I appreciate this business?

Awesome customer service from Daniel. He walked me through the entire process to find a convenient lot and get me signed up. The price for monthly parking is so reasonable and this will take a huge strain off of my anxiety to feel safe when parking.
