Parking here is almost always full, you'll be lucky if you find an open spot. If it's full, they'll valet the car for you. When those designated valet areas are full, they will literally park the car on the ramps and so if you come to pick your car up, there's a possibility you'll have to ask them to move that other car. I'm also certain they're the ones who scratched the rear left side of my car but I didn't notice until 2 days later. If you want to put your car's paint in jeopardy feel free to park here.

Not a good parking garage, there was no parking at all. If you’re looking to go plane spotting in San Diego this is the place, view was the incredible.

Booked this place a week ahead in fear of not having parking for our cruise. It didn't matter. When we got there they said parking lot was full and to just go somewhere else. They would give me a refund later. Why would they allow us to reserve parking and not save us any spots? Never again. Please save yourself the headache and go somewhere else. They don't deserve my business treating customers like this. Heard others had the same problem. My sisters with the same issue emailed them for the refund and have not heard back.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY FOR PARKING! My girlfriend and I were denied entry upon arrival, even with an online reservation paid in full through RIGHTWAY. We were on our way to the San Diego airport for our flight to visit family for the holidays, and the gate guard turned us away, saying, “They were full, and they overbook all the time,” as if it was a regular recurring issue without remorse. No other place was open either, and thankfully, we could find parking at the airport for five days at $220 total and barely made our flight. We booked Laurel Airport Parking through RIGHTWAY, a shady company, because they refuse to answer their phones or respond to emails. Thankfully, our bank refunded our money because they did not care.

This place is running under the brand of Laurel airport parking and it’s absolutely horrible. The staff is nice, All two of them running the entire place including the shuttle driver. We noticed on the way in that people were waiting 30+ minutes for a shuttle. When we called for our shuttle on the way home, it said it was gonna be a long time, 30 or more minutes. So we paid $24 for an Uber. Hundred percent never parking here again

UFF, I would walk to the airport before coming to this place again. Shuttles are unreliable and scary (took 3 calls and then they needed to bring 9 people in 1 minivan that seats 6). No seatbelts, crashed up, employees talking about strange personal issues while driving customers. The elevators didn't work (not great when going to the 5th floor after flying all day). For your own safety, stay away!

Multiple issues. First; the reservations made are constantly changing the times resulting in unexpected costs upon pickup. The “shuttles” are two mini-vans that have multiple safety issues and are in extreme by ill repair, constantly smell like marijuana and cigarette smoke. One of the vans has an audible alarm that constantly sounds due to an internal sensor thinking a door is open and only turns off when the reverse gear is engages. the garage is filthy with trash in the corners on nearly every level, and the staff are rude and unresponsive. I strongly recommend never doing business with this company and I will be filing a report with the BBB. The individuals I dealt with are Par, Karen and Albert. That said, the shuttle driver Payton was amazing and a great help.

This place uses the name Laurel San for bookings, but operates under the name United Valet Parking -- making it difficult to interface with them. You can't find the Laurel San location on Google maps, etc. Their customer service was horrible. Do yourself a favor and choose a better parking provider.
