I contacted Vault Valet Parking for a large scale event my company was having. We were expecting 2,000 volunteers, approximately 800 vehicles. Not only did Luis Quickly respond to my email eager to help he also went ahead and did his own site visit to get a lay of the land, provided me with a quote and followed up to see how he could further assist me and accommodate my request. All this before I had made any commitments. Unfortunately we ended up using a huge parking lot nearby and shuttled our volunteers in however Luis provided such amazing customer service that I would consider Vault Valet in a heartbeat if I ever need a Valet service.

This is the worst valet company. Do not use! We were at my cousin’s wedding at the Walton House on New Year’s Eve 2018 and they were the valet company that was contracted. We had the car brought up to front. As I walked around the car toward the back I immediately noticed a huge dent in the bumper. The area they were parking the cars was pitch black. We of course asked the valet drivers, they denied it. Being that it was New Year’s Eve we had to wait over 2 hours until 2:30am for Miami dade police to arrive to make a police report while we had our 2 young children with us. This is what the co founder of the company, Luiz Moraes told us to do over the phone. That week we contacted him and sent him pictures at his request. He of course never called us back, so we contacted him again. He said he looked at the pictures and said “it doesn’t ad up.” Meanwhile he was not even at the event, so what doesn’t add up to him is a mystery to us. Let’s think about it do you think we are going to wait over 2 hours for the police to arrive with our young children to file a frivolous report to start the New Year.
