Parked here last night for show at the Avalon. Easy in and out, paystation works just fine (plus can pay at 2 different exit sites). Can't beat the fixed $10 rate after 6 pm. Not sure why people say they are double charged. Safer than the open air lots nearby where people complain of break ins.

Awful. The venue next door Montablan theatre got out and instead of having two exits open, they had two people working one exit resulting in an hour and half wait to get out of the parking structure. They also did not inform anyone or cone off the exit on Vine so several people made the mistake of going to exit in that direction only to have to go through the entire structure again to use the other exit. Not only that but the elevators were not working resulting in several disabled & wheelchair bound patrons being stuck on the bottom floor which meant that anyone who drove them had to go to the bottom with their car to get them and go back up through the structure again in a huge line to get out the only exit. Towards the end of our one hour and a half wait to get out of the structure, the parking attendants ended up opening the gate (we were literally 4th in line to exit ) and just started letting people through because they themselves said “you all have been in here too long!”. I will never park there again and I would warn anyone against it! Especially if you have someone with you who has a disability !

Taking hours to leave after a show at the theater next door. Haven’t moved in 30 minutes and staff said expect it to take hours. $10 flat rate 6p-6a is a good rate but probably not worth it

There is usually only one machine to pay available, so the line to exit is long. But the attendants are helpful. Cost is $13.00 for about 3 hours or for the length of time of a Pantages show. There was an attendant walking the structure too. What I don’t like is how much the place stinks. Please, clean the steps! UPDATE: Steps were cleaned for yesterday’s show. Thank YOU!

Only one pay station and it stopped working. Took an hour to get out of the parking structure. Poorly ran company. You’re better off taking an Uber. What a nightmare!

Worked fine for pantages show. Bottom floor has chargers and max rate is $13, $10 flat rate after 6pm

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!! Absolutely dreadful. Found a machine that works and paid for our ticket. Got to the barrier and it wouldn't open. The attendant was adamant we hadn't paid, asked for a receipt even though the pay machine doesn't print one. I showed him my phone with proof on the banking app, which shows location, he kept saying 'you owe $10' he wasn't going to let us leave until my partner threatened to ring the police for theft. At this point he opened the barrier. I think they're trying to scam tourists. If you do use don't use the pay machine, just pay at the barrier

Signs says park for two hours pay 2.00. I had one minute left and they charged me 4.00. While taking my card out to pay it hit exactly two hours and they charged me 6.00.
When you call the number they don’t pick up. Deceptive and shady place of business. Not reputable I would say do not park your car there. If I could gave -10 stars I would have.
I parked there on 10/4/2022. Never again
