Todo estuvo bien, la llegada, me llevaron pronto al Aeropuerto, el espacio y el lugar estuvieron muy bien, Sooooloooo, le hace falta muuucha educacion al chofer que me llevo al Aeropuerto, nada de buenos dias, trato muuy mal mi equipaje, azotaba las puertas muy fuerte, de ahi en fuera, todo estuvo bien,

Pdta: una ves me secuestraron en Sinaloa y me trataron de mejor manera que el chofer, jajaja !!!

Overcharged. You may be, too. I booked to enter at 8pm on Saturday and exit at 10pm on Wednesday. That is 4 days and 2 hours. They billed me ahead of time for FIVE full days. That is fine since I would be there for a little more than four days. When I returned, though, my flight was delayed and we exited at 11:30 p.m. We still had more than 22 hours left on our five full days we paid for. But, they billed me AGAIN, hourly this time, for the time past 10pm. THEIR OWN terms and conditions state they bill for whole 24-hour periods, yet they charged me for five full days plus 1.5 hours even though I was there for four full days plus 1.5 hours. So, if your schedule has you returning at a time that pushes into another day, just book the fewer days and pay the difference when you exit. There is zero penalty in hourly rate to do that. And that way they won’t charge you for an extra day plus those extra hours. Or, always list your exit time as 24th hour so you are covered for sure. No need to pay for an entire day and then pay more when you leave.

**Updated: They posted in Google for me to call them after unposted my review. I did. They have not called back or emailed back.

Michael picked us up on Christmas night. We walked right off the plane and out to the pick up zone where he was ready to get us. He was professional and courteous and we enjoyed talking with him. We use Wally Park every time we have to park at the airport, and it’s a great experience every time.

Wally park shuttle pick up is almost always frustrating and late. Texted at 7:30 pm , no shuttle for 20 minutes. Had to call again to have someone dispatch a shuttle and wait another 10 minutes for someone to come . People that arrived later than us got the earlier shuttle , it’s ridiculous . Takes longer to get a shuttle 5 minutes away then to drive home

Horrible. 20 mins to get a shuttle to the airport and 30-40 mins to get a shuttle from the airport to your car. They over stuffed our shuttle and had one adult person sitting on another persons lap rather than dispatching an additional shuttle. At $25 a day, you might a well get an uber.

SHUTTLE NEVER CAME
I followed the text message directions and waited 25 minutes after I landed before finally taking the free shuttle bus to the car rental location. I walked 7 mins from there. I saw Aladdin shuttle come and go 3 times. I'll be parking there next time. My car was safe and undamaged.

I really like WallyPark. My only criticism is the pick up time is often unreasonably long at the airport. Moreover, I don't think that they have a good system for managing returning passengers. Sometimes there are too many guests to fit in a van and the van drivers are waiting and prioritizing people who aren't even at the waiting area.
And recently it was too long at the garage as well.
