So upset I didn’t look this place up before using it.. I just came back from a cruise on Wednesday and used this place to park my car. Same problem others I now see have mentioned. Sent to wrong address. Many other cruisers were there and we didn’t even know it was the wrong address, so others left their car, and frustratingly took an Uber because they said they don’t do shuttles. But thankfully I sat in my car and tried to figure out how to cancel my reservation because the entire situation was too frustrating. I should’ve. A man showed up and asked which place’s was looking for, and said “Sorry the address is wrong on the website, go here..”. At the time I was relieved because this place was run down and busted and not even a garage, but a lot. Sooo I go to the new place, was able to get on my shuttle, it wasn’t efficient, but I saw the trouble others were gonna have with leaving their car in the last “wrong” place and wasted money on Ubers.

Coming back, the paper for returning states that you need to flag the paper for the driver to pick you up out he will need stop. It was 10:23am and we were about 15ft from the pickup spot running over, and I’m flashing this bright yellow piece of paper and he doesn’t even look up. He’s looking down at something like his phone is probably in his lap, and he leaves! I immediately start calling the number provided which goes straight to voicemail. I must’ve called between 30-40 times and they never showed back up. I even called a different number and they said, oh they will guarantee comes back, they have to. We stayed until 11:15am, and they stop the shuttle at 11, so we ended up paying $25 for a cab to go back.

We also did see one of the couples on our cruise that left their car at the first incorrect spot. They were called too late about leaving their car at the wrong place, and said they’d be reimbursed for the Uber. No idea how that went, but I hope not too badly for them

Book Premier Cruise Parking (another company) instead!! We saw their shuttles that actually showed up!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! POOR SERVICE!! DISRESPECTFUL!! NOT WORTH MONEY!! I know we all try to save a few bucks but ithis company is not worth it!! No give NO clear instructions, there’s no one to pick up the phone if you have a problem.

First,they moved garages so there were 2 different addresses listed on Google and we couldn’t find them to drop off. When we returned from our Virgin voyage, we waited for almost 3 hours before I finally had to pay for a Lyft to take us to the parking garage. We had struggle with all our luggage to the 7th floor. They had one guy at the garage that I tried to speak to and he was rude, dismissive and he accused me of not going to the right pick up spot and then finally told me that it was their policy to offer the shuttle as a courtesy and that they are not required to bring us back to our vehicle after the cruise. According to him we paid for parking our vehicle not for shuttling to and from the port!! Excuse me? #rude

I'm a bit torn on this place. My overall experience was ok. On arrival, we had to wait to be let in by the staff who were arriving at the same time as us. I already knew the shuttle was going to be a wait based on other reviews, so we already planned on taking an Uber to get to the port at our time, so I have no input on the shuttle experience. When we returned from the cruise, we took an Uber back to the garage for the same reason. Car was intact. Exiting the parking lot, we had to call for staff to let us out as the cards they issued us on arrival no longer worked. So, some small issues getting in and out of the parking garage. I think I'll spend a little more and try a different parking garage next time.

It was a very long wait to be taken to the port. When the cruise ship returned a week later we finally took a taxi to the parking garage because they never came as we waited 2 hours. We would call them. They would say a van is on the way but they never sent it. These guys are the worst. Don't park there.

I gave 1 star because I have to be able to review. My family and I had a terrible experience here. First of all, the person at the gate don’t talk, we speak Spanish and ask if he speaks Spanish and He said yes with his head, no Hi, good morning, go to this line, nothing! We figured it out and head to park our car. There is another person at a kiosk he was on the phone , tried to do eye contact and nothing, I had to say Sir Can we pls get some help. He said wait a minute I’m doing something. We were on the line and never saw him greeting anyone, come on! No matters at all! We were in line at 9:45 , at 10:25am My husband had to go and ask him what’s going on with the shuttle, he said that they started coming at 10:30am.shuttles begin to arrive at 11:20am , after they talked all they want we got inside the car. Same thing! No hello, nothing! The people here are very rude and the service more than horrible. What a shame to begin our cruise vacations!
I only like the fact that our car will be inside! Hopefully we find it safe!

BE WEAR TERRIBLE SERVICE!
Parked in garage on level 7 had a long line of people to transport to cruises. Like stuffing sardines in a can. Took about 1 hour to get in van. The horrible experience was getting back to vehicle. The van stops at RCCL first then arrived at Carnival and the van was full. We waited for the van to arrive 3 more times with very limited room. No one stands in line they just stand along the curb and storm the van to get in when it arrives. After 2 hrs. of waiting we decided to grab a cab for $13.00 plus tip. Well worth it. However, won't ever use service again. Used them a couple of times and same situation. Employees have an attitude as well.

Worst shuttle parking service ever. Waited an hour for pick up at the port to a stuffed shuttle van. Tried to call several times using multiple phone numbers, including the one on the website, and no one ever answered. The only way we got picked up is by the security guard calling the drivers personal cell phone directly. Absolutely horrible!
